Birthing & Care of the Neonatal Alpaca

The objective of this course is to help you determine what role YOU play in the alpaca birthing process and give YOU more confidence in assisting with a difficult birth if necessary.

Full Day Fleece Immersion Clinic

The clinic will cover all aspects of fleece evaluation, preparation, skirting etc., working with your own fleeces, you will gain hands on knowledge that is invaluable.

We have tried to keep costs to a minimum to allow people to take advantage of this excellent opportunity to learn from one of the leading fiber instructors!  We will limit attendance so register now!

BVDV is a disease of cattle that has the potential to cause serious problems for the alpaca industry. Learn about BVDV including: the history of BVDV in cattle, characteristics of the virus, transmission of BVDV, clinical significance of BVDV in alpacas, screening for BVDV and more.
