The 2014 Camelid Symposium continues the tradition of bringing internationally recognized speakers to present 3 Tracks of seminars.

This year we are pleased to announce the return of Dr. David Anderson, Dr. Robert Van Saun and Dr. Pam Walker, and to welcome Dr. Susan Tornquist. Joining them on the schedule will be Dr. Murray Fowler (UCDavis emeritus) and UCD faculty members Dr. Julie Dechant (Symposium Committee), Dr. Puschner and Dr. Dujovne.
Early Bird Registration ($150) must be postmarked no later than December 30, 2013.
Registration fee is $175 after that. We are also continuing to offer single day registration [either Saturday or Sunday] for $90 Early Bird and $100 after December 30.
Your Registration includes
- Two days of seminars by industry experts
- Lunch, beverages and snacks both days
- Printed handouts from all speakers, all 3 tracks
A symposium of this caliber would normally cost far more. We are able to bring top-quality education to you at this low price because:
- The Camelid Medicine Club is graciously Hosting the event.
- Camelid owners and business generously support the event. Click here to get more information about becoming a Supporter, and the benefits of the different Supporter Levels.
Camelid Owners: Whether you are in your first year or your 20th year, our 3 Tracks offer something for everyone.
Veterinarians and Vet Techs: This Symposium qualifies for 14 CE credits and our Veterinarian Track is geared to experienced camelid veterinarians.
UC DAVIS vet school faculty, staff and students: The camelid community is pleased to be working with the vet school faculty and students to create this symposium each year. We are also happy to bring this level of camelid education to the faculty, staff and students of the Vet School and VMTH.
If you are a camelid owner, be sure your Veterinarian knows about this Symposium and be sure to mention to him or her that 14 CE Credits are available.
