Welcome to 5S Alpacas

Welcome to 5S Alpacas! We are a small farm located in the Central Valley of California, just 30 minutes north of Fresno and 45 minutes SouthWest of Yosemite. We purchased our first animals in February of 2021 and have jumped into the industry with both feet and full of excitement! Our focus is high quality alpacas and fiber, not necessarily on a specific color. We all know each breeding is a surprise in what you will get, so our goal is to achieve the best quality animals we can without worrying about color. Us coming from dairy cattle backgrounds, not only are genetics important to us, but so is the animal husbandry and making sure we can provide the best care to our herd to maximize their potential.
